The Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) has prepared this guide to assist you at every step of the process of selling a property.
It sets out the main stages to go through before and during the sale of your home, along with a great deal of practical advice to help you carry out your real estate transaction without trouble.
The guide is a practical reference. It does not replace the advice of a broker or an agency working in the real estate or mortgage field. Its content applies only to the sale of a residential property. Some notions specific to divided or undivided co-ownership are noted in places, but that content is not exhaustive.
